1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ab8 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support features available at ab8.bio. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ab8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the ab8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Access to the ab8 platform is conditional upon your continuing compliance with these Terms. ab8 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any player who violates any provision of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where the circumstances warrant immediate action.

1.1 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. The ab8 platform operates in English and targets English-speaking players across Bangladesh.

1.2 Acceptance by Continued Use

If ab8 publishes updated Terms and you continue to use the platform after the effective date of those updates, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The ab8 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, participate in any game, or claim any promotion offered by ab8. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. ab8 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

2.1 Age Verification

ab8 may require you to provide documentary evidence of your age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds held in the account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ab8 platform is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ab8 platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ab8 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ab8 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. ab8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ab8's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. ab8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ab8 support immediately at support@ab8.bio. ab8 may temporarily suspend your account while the security investigation is carried out.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ab8 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may require players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a condition of continued use of the platform and cannot be waived.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. ab8 processes all instructions received through authenticated sessions as authorised by the account holder. If you believe a transaction was made without your consent, you must notify support immediately and ab8 will investigate in good faith.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ab8 accepts deposits exclusively via approved Bangladeshi payment methods. Currently supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via participating banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is charged by ab8 on domestic transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though limits may apply for specific payment methods. Deposits are credited to your ab8 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Typical clearing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Under 60 seconds in most cases.
• Rocket and Upay: One to two minutes under normal conditions.
• Bank Transfer: Five to fifteen minutes during banking hours; up to two hours outside banking hours.

ab8 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The payment method used for a deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from unrecognised sources may be returned and the associated account may be flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with ab8's anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under two hours. ab8 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ab8 accepts no responsibility.

ab8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested during periods of account review or investigation will be placed on hold until the review is resolved. ab8 will notify the player of any such hold via the registered email address or mobile number.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ab8 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts to cover account maintenance costs. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The dormant account fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ab8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ab8 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be abusing bonus schemes — including but not limited to exploiting software errors, using low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to abuse offers — will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed at ab8's discretion.

5.3 Promotional Changes

ab8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, though wagering requirement conditions remain as originally stated at the time of crediting.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the ab8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account funds.

• Registering more than one account on the ab8 platform, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about hole cards in poker, coordinating sports bets to guarantee outcomes, or any other scheme designed to defraud ab8 or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ab8 platform for any illegal financial activity. ab8 reports suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Players who discover errors are obligated to report them to support immediately. Any winnings resulting from a known error may be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ab8 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ab8 platform, game content, or software.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ab8 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, animations, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ab8 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ab8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform. Any unauthorised use of ab8's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab8 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors that affect the availability or outcome of games or bets.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform, including losses from game outcomes, failed bets, or declined bonuses.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits ab8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ab8's total aggregate liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ab8 account during that same calendar month.

8.1 Platform Availability

ab8 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free of interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside ab8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ab8 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows via the platform's notification system where possible.

9. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your ab8 account at any time by contacting support at support@ab8.bio. Upon receiving a closure request, ab8 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds before closing the account. Accounts subject to active investigation, bonus abuse review, or AML inquiry may be placed on hold before closure can be completed.

9.1 Termination by ab8

ab8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Confirmed underage gambling or identity fraud.
• Suspicious activity indicative of money laundering, fraud, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player under ab8's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.

Where an account is closed by ab8 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at ab8's discretion. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, ab8 will return the verified account balance to the player via the registered payment method within ten business days.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the ab8 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period (minimum 30 days). 10. Amendments to Terms

ab8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect player rights, payment conditions, or game availability — ab8 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by law or regulation, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the ab8 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.1 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. All communications, notices, and legal proceedings in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) governs all time references in these Terms and in the operation of the ab8 platform.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ab8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ab8 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
